He is currently working as a Technical Lead at Anthem, where he is responsible for empowering the Indian education ecosystem by building a MERN stack based system that helps automate revenue, expenses, bank reconciliation, and more. Aravindh is passionate about creating an impact by solving challenging problems and building complex products. In his previous role at Anthem, Aravindh worked as a Full Stack Developer where he gained extensive experience in building MERN stack based systems. He was also involved in empowering the Indian education ecosystem by building Anthem. Prior to this, Aravindh worked as a Full Stack Developer (MERN) at MyWays, where he developed a psychometric career growth platform based on the MERN stack. He led the Web Development team and mentored junior/student developers, and was instrumental in speeding up the growth of the company by building some key features in a short span of time. Aravindh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, where he graduated in 2015. He also holds a Perfeccionamiento (Spanish level C1) from Instituto Hispania. Aravindh's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Web development.
